What are we looking for?

An Operations Analyst, you will closely with the GM and Director of Finance, this role is fundamental to support the operational needs of our 2 properties in RAK. Ensuring that performance management and reporting tools are leveraged with a demand for high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a critical curiosity to interpret and communicate data sourced through various channels and technologies.  


  • Comfortable with supporting the delivery of a multichannel customer operation,
  • Produces reports and shares insights with diverse stakeholder groups, expertly articulating requirements, expectations and outcomes
  • Immersing themselves in the detail, provides support to the team with forecasting and scheduling, and is a key facilitator implementing change programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Possesses resilience and a collaborative solution-driven approach to promote continuous improvement.
  • Produce monthly revenue and strategy reports for all the hotels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure revenue and room night sales goals for the properties are achieved.
  • Tactical plans are created and implemented and results are monitored and achieved.
  • Help define key metrics, identify and analyse performance trends, design and manage sales territories, decompose business drivers and levers, and investigate factors impacting organisational success. 


  • 5 + years prior experience working in same or similar role preferred
  •  Prior experience working in hotel industry required
  • Prior experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting buying patterns and various hotel occupancy reports
  • Proven successful experience maintaining appropriate labor costs and increasing revenue
  • Proven experience providing high level of guest service
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective leadership, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with effective financial reporting/analysis and cost benefit analysis required
  • Able to effectively communicate in small groups, as well as on an individual-basis
  • Previous experience using the following computer programs - MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, LMS and familiarity with any other statistical software.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or related area preferred
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
