What are we looking for?

We are seeking visionaries, who are passionate about growing and combining business insight with global sales. The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal, written)
  • Employs diplomacy with high-level executives and customers within the organization on a global scale
  • Strong account development and problem-solving skills
  • Critical thinking and both quantitative and qualitative analytic skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths/weakness of alternative and differentiated solutions, conclusions or approaches to problem
  • Strong negotiation skills in order to maximize value for internal and external partners
  • Self-starter, well organized, very detailed and assertive at times, willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
  • Complete discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of professional experience
  • Five (5) years of sales experience in a hotel or corporate hotel sales role as a Senior Sales Manager or Director
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Travel - 40% of the time

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven (7) years of sales experience in a hotel or corporate hotel sales role as a Senior Sales Manager or Director
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical vertical market
  • Experience maintaining national and/or global accounts
  • In-depth knowledge and use in Delphi or similar property sales management system
  • Experience using Salesforce
