What are we looking for?

We are seeking visionaries who have a real passion for communications and for sharing an organization's story. The success will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Self-starter, well-organized, extremely attentive to details and assertive, willing to take ownership of responsibilities, and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
  • Excellent time management, organizational and coordination skills
  • Effectively communicate while employing diplomacy with high level executives within the organization on a global scale. This entails being capable of prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously with little supervision.
  • Balances multiple priorities and sets appropriate trace systems to track projects and work
  • Completes assignments on time, or advises in advance of any delays
  • Effectively deals with employees and customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger and collect accurate information
  • Ability to occasionally work overtime when the department is faced with critical deadlines
  • Proven understanding of, and commitment to, corporate responsibility
  • Strong analytic, written and verbal communication skills
  • Standout colleague with research and organizational skills, keen to learn with a can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Ability to work well with people from many different backgrounds, including others in the department and people in other departments and/or outside the company
  • Sound judgment, integrity and professionalism with the ability to make independent decisions, demonstrating a high level of initiative and pursuing forward thinking approaches to problem-solving
  • Problem solving skills to solve problems effectively and creatively while maintaining a high level of flexibility and integrity

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Entry level to three (0-3) years of related experience
  • Outstanding process and project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with global or remote teams
  • Prior Corporate Responsibility (CR)/sustainability experience
